A 350-meter-high landmark, the Spiral Tower takes its name from the geometric motion that shapes its form.

The facade is fully wrapped in a unitized curtain wall system, featuring full height insulated glass panels and deep aluminum profiles reaching 50 cm, following the continuous spiral around the tower.

To meet the challenges of varying radii and exceptionally deep external fins, a dedicated curtain wall system was developed specifically for the project. It was tested on a full-scale, three- story mockup and underwent rigorous simulations, including seismic and vibration testing, to ensure structural performance at this unprecedented height.

Additional elements include glazed skylights, among them, a fully transparent glass roof and spiraling balconies that echo the tower’s shape. These integrate minimal sliding systems, glass railings, and aluminum cladding that wraps the sculptural “scarf” detail.
