The first building in a high-tech park that will be built in the coming years in cooperation with Gav Yam Enterprises, Ben-Gurion University and the Be’er Sheva municipality.
An optimal combination of many aluminum and glazing components, including a 15-meter-high atrium, metal cladding, and stone-covered precast units. All of which give the building an innovative and modern look in its desert surroundings.
