The third building in the most talked-about high-tech and cyber complex in Israel. This structure is different in design from the previous two and uses new and varied materials to create its unique appearance.

In the project, which was built under strict green building standards, intensive energy design was carried out, which created a different treatment of the building’s facades: a combination of glazed curtain walls with solar-controlled glass with high light transmission on the northern front. Curtain walls which combine printed glass to minimize energy transmission to the building on its southern front and use of HPL cladding panels in a wooden design to create an unusual look.

These systems are equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural ventilation of the building.

In addition, a curtain wall was installed on steel beams in the entrance atrium, glass railings and metal cladding. All these complement the unique architectural look of the building.
