We’re excited to tell you about the start of a new and special project: an office building at the La Guardia intersection! The project is underway above the showroom we built for Delek Motors. The building has one of the most advanced curtain wall systems in the world, a climatic double skin façade, which integrates mechanical venetian blinds installed between two glass panes for climate-control. The system provides maximal thermal comfort, optimal utilization of natural light, and significant energy savings on air conditioning and lighting.
