A great opportunity to tell you about a spectacular project we are set to deliver, Israel’s first SUPERTALL building!

We are, of course, referring to the Spiral Tower by Azrieli Group, which will be located adjacent to the three iconic towers that make up the Azrieli Center in Tel Aviv.
The tower will rise to a height of 350 meters [!], with 91 floors הכוללות retail, offices, residential units, a hotel, and even a conference facility, as well as a restaurant and bar offering 360 degree views of the surroundings.
We will execute approximately 46,000 sqm of unitized façade works, including the development of custom bullnose elements and complex skylights.

The tower was designed by the New York based architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF), responsible for designing six of the world’s ten tallest skyscrapers, in collaboration with Israeli architect Moshe Tzur. Together, they chose to blend old and new as a guiding design principle, creating harmony between all elements in the space, resulting in the striking appearance you see before you.
