Leading Jerusalem forward
In a city where every stone tells a story, a groundbreaking project is taking shape, one that blends Jerusalem’s architectural heritage with advanced construction technologies.
“Gav Yam Hebrew Park,” the new high tech park at the Hebrew University campus, is reshaping the city’s skyline while preserving its unique character.
We are executing the façade works for Phase A of the project, spanning 34,000 sqm of architectural innovation, with advanced buildings designed to meet international LEED standards for green construction. The building envelope is characterized by complex geometry, where several structures integrate and connect between two streets at varying elevations, forming a unique and impressive architectural composition.
In this project, we developed a stick system curtain wall, alongside an innovative system of profiles, columns, and beams that incorporates aluminum bullnose elements and engineered stone. All of these are designed to create advanced engineering harmony between all systems, while adapting to environmental conditions and wind loads acting on the curtain walls. Every detail has been meticulously planned to ensure seamless integration of all building components, resulting in a durable, sustainable, and innovative envelope that expresses the architectural vision and advances construction technology.
