The Microsoft campus located in the southern part of Herzliya’s industrial zone is one of the largest and most complex projects in Israel. The total area of the envelope reaches 30,000 square meters, which are composed of various energy efficient and advanced systems that have been adapted to the project’s requirements.
Unitized Climatic double skin facade includes a controlled electric retroreflector roller curtain along with a controlled ventilation system that maintains optimal working conditions adjacent to the curtain wall that significantly improves the building’s energy consumption.
All the facades of the building are decorated with vertical shading profiles at a depth of 20cm. The project also boasts stick system curtain walls, railings, metal cladding, and more.
