In Legit Magazine for architecture, design and real estate – a fascinating interview with Moshe Zur, who talks about the joint process of development, design, and planning of the various building envelope systems we constructed in the Assuta Village project.

Assuta Village is a luxury residential tower planned by Moshe Zur, built over the ruins of the old Assuta Hospital. The dimensions of the relatively wide property led to the decision to design the 26-story building as two narrow, attractive structures with more “refined” proportions, connected by a transparent elevator lobby with a view of the urban landscape. The mission was to design the tower, part of which was designated for restoration, in a way that would incorporate the Bauhaus style and existing area development of the white city.
