Israel’s most prestigious residential building, on the Tel Aviv seafront, comprising a 26-storey tower and a 9-storey perimeter block.

The project features unique Window Wall (WW) systems that we developed together with architect Moshe Zur specifically for this project. The envelope includes a thermal break for maximum insulation. To give residents maximum floor space, we moved all structural support to the exterior, creating fins that protrude 250 mm outward and give the tower a vertical, minimal and precise appearance.
In addition, the building envelope incorporates full-height opening windows and a minimal thermally broken sliding door system, alongside railings and partitions that match the project’s meticulous design.
