The Da Vinci project – Offices

One of the largest complexes ever built in Israel, with both residences and offices

A unique complex of two 43-story residential towers. The towers will be built in parallel, alongside an office building that is also a part of the complex. The 9-story office building will have an area of 12,000m2. The two building facades facing Kaplan and Da Vinci Street will be constructed from two different types of curtain walls. One will incorporate tin panels , and the other will have vertical glass shading solutions that create the effect of a hovering glass box. The facades facing the back overlook a patio, a green campus that connects between the building and the residential towers.
